Laing Companies offers development services encompassing the full life-cycle of a project as well as advisory and strategic planning and capacity building services at the organizational level. Consulting services include, but are not limited to:
•Funding applications: 4% and 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, CDLAC tax-exempt bonds, HCD Programs (MHP, IIG, TOD), local programs (HOME, CDBG, etc.), operating subsidies, and Federal Home Loan Bank of SF AHP
